Our Tallow Cleansing Balm pairs a rich grassfed-tallow base with hydrogenated castor oil to help lift away makeup, sunscreen and everyday buildup. It creates generous slip for gentle facial massage and wipes away with a comfortably warm, damp cloth.
HOW TO USE
With clean, dry hands, massage approximately a quarter-sized amount over dry facial skin. Rest a soft cloth dampened with comfortably warm water over the face, then wipe away without scrubbing. Repeat with the cloth if needed around makeup or sunscreen.

Our Tallow Cleansing Balm melts away makeup, sunscreen and everyday buildup while leaving the skin soft and comfortable. Grassfed tallow provides the balm’s rich lipid base, while hydrogenated castor oil helps the formula lift away more cleanly with a warm, damp cloth.
The result is a slower, gentler kind of cleanse—especially welcome when changing skin no longer appreciates harsh foaming cleansers.
Why cleanse with a balm?
Oil-based cleansing works through a simple principle: oils can help loosen oil-soluble makeup, sunscreen and surface debris.
A cleansing balm also creates slip, allowing you to massage and wipe the skin without aggressive scrubbing. For dry or maturing skin, that can make cleansing feel considerably more comfortable.

Thoughtfully infused
We infuse our 100% grassfed tallow with organic rosebuds, lavender buds, calendula flowers and lemon peel, then add hydrogenated castor oil to improve cleansing and removal. The botanicals lend the balm its naturally soft scent.
What it feels like
Firm in the jar, silky as it warms and generous enough to give the skin comfortable massage time.
After removal, the skin feels clean and supple rather than tight. Some women will need nothing more afterward. Others may follow with the Tallow + Peptide Glazing Milk or Tallow Face Balm.
How to use
With clean, dry hands, scoop out approximately a quarter-sized amount.
Massage over dry facial skin using gentle circular movements. Wet a soft washcloth with comfortably warm water, wring it out and rest it briefly over the face. Wipe away the balm without scrubbing.
Repeat with the cloth if needed around makeup or sunscreen. Avoid water hot enough to leave changing skin flushed or uncomfortable.
