DESCRIPTION
A true balm for changing skin, made with our own water buffalo tallow, organic tsubaki oil, squalane, heirloom shea butter, pearl and non-GMO vitamin E. It melts into the skin with a rich, protective finish that helps it feel softer, more comfortable and beautifully nourished.
HOW TO USE
Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingertips or palms, then press gently over clean, slightly damp skin. Use morning or evening according to your skin’s needs. Begin with less than you think you need—you can always add more.

Our Tallow Face Balm was created for skin that feels dry, delicate, depleted or simply less cushiony than it once did. A small amount melts into the warmth of your hands and settles over the skin with a rich, protective finish—helping it feel softer, more comfortable and beautifully nourished.
At its center is water buffalo tallow from animals raised here at Carrell Farms. We gently dry-render it ourselves, then combine it with carefully chosen oils, heirloom shea butter, squalane and non-GMO vitamin E.
No miracle promises. No fear of getting older. Just thoughtful lipid care for the skin you have now.
Why water buffalo tallow?
We don’t purchase anonymous tallow as a commodity. We raise the animals, tend the pasture, render the fat and study the laboratory reports ourselves.
Our tested water buffalo tallow has a distinctive fatty-acid profile, including an unusually high proportion of stearic acid. That composition contributes to the structure, glide and protective character of this balm.
A compositional test cannot promise a particular result on your skin. It does help us understand our raw material and formulate with greater intention.

How to use
Begin with clean, slightly damp skin.

Use morning or evening according to your skin’s needs. It can be worn alone or applied after a water-based serum or the Tallow + Peptide Glazing Milk.
Especially rich skin may prefer it at night. Very dry skin may happily welcome it twice a day.

A note for sensitive or congestion-prone skin
No ingredient works perfectly for everyone—including tallow. If your skin is highly reactive or prone to congestion, patch test first and begin with a very small amount.
