First time using the Konjac facial sponge. Feels great on the face, so smooth afterwards. Liked it so much I bought a larger one for the body.

Finally! A seriously gentle tool for washing your face! Can be used alone with water, with our Cleansing Balm, our Hot Oil Cleanse, or with any of our soaps. Konjac is a porous root that grows in Asia. As a non-irritating material, it does the following:
- Kills acne-causing bacteria
- Removes all makeup
- Deep down cleansing of facial pores
- Gently exfoliates to bring back the natural glow of the skin
It is perfectly fine for those with eczema, rosacea, and sensitive skin, even babies!
To use, simply soak the sponge for about 10 to 20 minutes (if it's your first time using it), allowing it to expand and soften. Give the sponge a gentle squeeze to release excess water and then add your go-to cleanser. From there, use the sponge to gently scrub your face in circular motions. Once cleansed and satisfied, rinse out the sponge and hang it to air-dry over night.
Konjac sponges are also 100% biodegradable -- simply compost it when it is past its useful life span.

So soft. It comes hard but I soaked it in water for 20 min before the first time I used it like they said to do. It got so soft and felt so good on my face. It got all the soap off and my face felt so clean.

I should preface this by saying these sponges are massive! I actually gave this to my boyfriend to use because he was curious about the sponges I already own but these aren't really for sharing. His thoughts are: -"feels greasy" which I reassured him was the soft texture -"it's like a face massage because of the texture" -"very gentle" when compared to either a washcloth or his exfoliating gloves I know I love mine for days when I just want to feel like I'm gently massaging my skin while in the shower, and I think he feels the same way!
